Anne has been with Allegiance Group for 6 years working in operations and client services. As the COO, Anne defines and implements company efficiency and growth strategies. She also leads the client services team in finding new ways to support our clients to help them turn every patient into a paying patient. Before Allegiance Group, she worked in financial services and retirement plan services for nearly 15 years.
Anne earned her MBA from Rockhurst College and her bachelor degree from Missouri State University.
Bruce joined Allegiance Group in 2008. In his current role, he is responsible for developing and implementing the sales strategy, identifying new market opportunities and forming strategic marketing alliances to strengthen market position. Prior to joining Allegiance, he had 28 years of successful sales and marketing experience in the Finance and Hospitality industries.
Bruce earned two bachelor of science degrees from Oregon State University — Business Administration and Hotel Restaurant Management.
Jeff has been with Allegiance Group for 9 years. He is responsible for the development of COLLECTPlus and the interfaces with our software partners. Through his in-depth knowledge of COLLECTPlus, Jeff helps ensure client service, satisfaction and retention by providing technical support to our clients.
Jeff graduated from DeVry University earning a bachelor’s degree in Technical Management with an emphasis in Computer Information Systems.
Sharon joined Allegiance Group as the marketing manager in 2016. In her current role, she develops and implements marketing strategy, brand management, digital and social media and client communications. Prior to joining Allegiance, she had 15 years of marketing experience in the financial services industry.
Sharon earned her MBA and bachelor of science degree in Business Administration from Drake University.
